This was my third purchase of a Zulay Milk Frother. The unit is great at its single job...until it isn't. My first purchase got a little wonky after about 15 months, so I purchased the second as back up. The second got wonky after about 15 months, but the first purchase worked well enough to limp through until I could get a third unit. I contacted Zulay regarding warranty replacement, and they informed me that I was eligible for two replacements based on my purchases and the issues I was having. Great news! When I clicked on the link to complete the warranty replacement, I found that EACH replacement was to cost me $7.99 or $15.98 total for shipping. At that time, Amazon listed a brand new unit at $6.99 and free shipping. I can understand the need to cover expenses, but a shipping for a warranty replacement for more than a new unit costs is pointless. Since I am on my third purchase, I am obviously a fan, but if you purchase this, plan on it lasting about 1-1.5 years with daily use, and don't bother with the warranty, just buy another new one.

The product arrived as promised, but the button for the battery case wouldn't function, and I was hesitant about trying to force it, until I contacted customer service at Zulay Kitchen. They replied immediately and offered a new milk frother, which is what I had hoped to be offered - so far so good! With the knowledge that another unit was in the offing, I pried the case open without breaking anything and was able to install the batteries. It worked! I got back in touch with the company and told them that I had opened (and used) the item and there was no need to send another. With some further communication, I told them I would leave a glowing review based on the quality of their service, so"¦here it is! The frother works perfectly and makes my espresso latte just perfect as well! Great company willing to ensure customers happiness, and a great little tool for espresso drinks, to boot! There are more expensive hand frothers but buying from Zulay Kitchens is worth buying one of the least expensive models. Note: don't push down on the button, pull it back - that's what I learned from opening it.

I bought this due to a friend recommending it to me. It works great at mixing, and is very easy to use. My only complaint is that sometimes the power button doesn't turn on the second you push it. It was very glitchy for us. Also, you can't fill a mug very full or this will make it spill over everywhere. Definitely works well for mixing though!

I contacted Zulay customer service who helped my try to trouble shoot my first frother. It still wouldn't work so they sent me a new one and it works GREAT!! I'm very happy with my purchase and Zulay's customer service!
I was so excited to finally get my frother but it only works half the time. I've taken the batteries out and put in new ones thinking maybe there was something wrong with the ones I put in but still have the same issue. Sometimes it'll work and sometimes it won't. Also the speed is not consistent. Sometimes when it decides to work it's super slow if I push the button all the way down and other times it'll be very fast. Over all I'm very disappointed! I just want it to work consistently since I bought it to use every morning.

This is a nice frother. It does the job well. I have a Bean Envy frother and there's a reason the Bean Envy costs more. This is a very good and less expensive alternative. The one I have has lasted quite some time. The wand has lost its center so it wobbles more than it froths but it still manages to a decent job. I don't use it to froth milk. I use it to froth espresso and it froths the coffee real well. The battery life is good too. It takes 2 AA batteries. The stand is a nice touch and it helps to keep the wand from bending. I would buy this again and I recommend it.
