I bought it on June 6 and on July 10 it stopped heating. Great at first, but it's a disposable product. It barely lasted a month just a few days after the time for the return had ended. What a coincidence!
*I change my review because the after-sales service is excellent. Even though Amazon's return time had expired, they sent me a new one. So far (August 07, 2023), it works perfectly. Also what I like is that it has a handle and it is pretty.

I only use the one button press which heats and froths. I fill whole milk just up to where you can barely see the wick. It takes about 45 seconds. Don't let the milk sit when done or it will re-liquify in the bottom, be sure to poor it right when the frother stops, I actually poor before the frother stops I find it does not need a full cycle.
PRO TIP - Be sure to get a scratch proof sponge and clean the frother after every use. I just run water and wipe. If you do not clean residue can build and burn on the bottom. The residue can still be cleaned if it builds up but it effects the flavor if left in there.

I have been using this frother everyday since I've recieved it. I absolutely loved it. Untill today I went to make my cold foam and its not working. It will only go on the first function which would be ok if I drank hot coffee. I have had this for only 4 months. Update-theu sent me a nrand new one. This is still by far my favorite kitchen gadget.
