I didn't even put my leg in it yet, I wrapped it around my knee and it feels great. It is freezing cold and has stayed cold now for about a half hour. I was able to switch knees back and forth. This is a great product especially if you have severe knee or shin pain.

This is a great item to use for leg pain or even back pain. I use it to lay on for when my back aches. It's durable with thick outer fabric and the edges don't scratch u. Well put together. The pack also wraps around ur leg easy and or arm. It can be good for even a hot day for ur child in a stroller. As I've placed on under a cover for outing with my 7 year old when we go to amusement parks it keeps her cool.

I love these long leg ice packs. These are a definite must for anyone having any kind of leg issues that require ice packing. I bought two because I had double knee replacements. They provide instant relief. They can be used for warm or cold use. I use them in middle of night. Easy grab out of freezer and lay on. When it's 1 AM in the morning, you really don't have the constitution to be strapping on ice machines, so these are such an easy alternative. I do recommend having thin kitchen, hand towels to lay on your skin when you put these on top of your legs. If you put you legs on top of them, put another towel under the ice pack to catch the condensation. You don't want your bed or chair to get wet as the pack (any ice pack) begins to melt and create condensation. But that's typical of any ice pack. These are just a lot larger. If I could guarantee the efficacy of this ice pack, I would I love them and highly recommend them.
