Got this and a larger size for my 12 yo son who is into taekwondo, wrestling, and boxing. These dummies are excellent quality for beginners. It took a lot of polyfill - 20 lbs to fill both the small and the full size dummies but I love that they are a little soft and bendable at the joints with the polyfil. Tommie 6.1 and TonJon.
