Decent—a little hard to figure out but good

The media could not be loaded. Sorry for the dark pics, my kiddo was sleeping. This pulse ox works great, seems to be accurate, and does actually run continuously on battery. You can run it with it plugged in as well. The screen is big enough to see and the wave forms are easy to see.
The pediatric probe is a re-usable one and it is very small so I had a bit of a hard time using it on my daughter's toe. She is too small for the adult one. I haven't really seen a great way to order new probes for it"”maybe a true pediatric probe?? The Mossimo probes fit and light up but do not work which is a bummer. Got sick of carting the bigger pulse ox around so this is what we are using for travel. The stand is a nice thought but is pretty much useless. Carrying case is very nice and sturdy.

Great for spot checks with infant

We are using this product for our baby girl with a heart defect. We only need it for spot checks 3 times a day. Currently, we are renting a Masimo machine and I compared this device with it and hooked both monitors up, one on each foot. As far as accuracy, for our purposes- it is pretty close to the Masimo. Of course the Masimo is more responsive, accurate, and works better when she moves- it is also a $1200 machine. With the CMI device, if my baby moves her foot at all, it does not keep up with the Masimo. And at first I thought I was going to have to return it because I wasn't getting an accurate reading. But then my baby fell asleep during my testing period and stopped moving her foot- both machines moved in sync. So when I use the CMI device, I just hold her in my arms because that makes her still, or I just wait until she's asleep. I love the foot probe and how comfortable and secure it is. I wish Masimo had something like this because I have to do an extra wrap plus put a sock on her in order to get a reading when I was using that as an overnight monitor. The CMI device is more portable convenient for quick uses but we will not be using it if we need to go on long car rides. The settings do not save when you turn the machine off, but the mute button works the whole time as long as the stats stay within the parameters we set. I do plan on keeping this product and would recommend it for someone who just needs it for spot checks. This is not something I would trust to alert me if my baby's stats go down for overnight use though.
Excellent

My 4 week old baby was sick and we were worried about her breathing during the night.
This device is so good, continuos oxygen and heart rate monitoring with an alert that really wakes you up (You can set up your values ranges for the alert).
The newborn attachment works well, it loses connection when the baby is moving a lot but the hospital monitor does the same.

The media could not be loaded. I have home health for infusions. During my infusions my vitals need to be monitored and I sleep. This allows my nurse to still know my heart rate and O2. I can also use it for any of babies that I foster. I haven't been able to use it for a baby yet.
Alarm is loud which alerts if it comes off. It gets a result quickly. I also like that it's rechargeable. USB type C.
One downside is the finger monitor is a bit tight and uncomfortable - but i do keep it on my finger for 2 hours. I wish that it came with an adult one that wraps around the finger instead. Or a soft silicone one.
