I have ADD, this helps. If I have a moment where I'm frustrated or distracted I take a second and spin this. I have it located under my monitor so when I need to refocus it's right there. Only takes a moment but way less distracting than moving onto another task, or trying force a thought that isn't forming. I'm less likely to put something off if I just take that second to reorient myself with it. It's cute, silent and exactly what I needed because I don't need to hold it, just spin and release.

This was gifted to an adult friend who suffers from anxiety. The spinning ball was smaller than it appears in the stock photos (it was cropped in) but is still a decent size. It is a bit smaller than a golf ball. The metallic silver color is reflective to really let the light play off it while it spins. The etched lines are hypnotizing and it quietly spins for a few minutes before needing a re-spin. As for sturdiness, my friend dropped it immediately out of the package onto the tile floor...and it still spun without issue. There is a very slight "whirring" type noise, but it is quieter than a fidget spinner and not loud enough to be distracting.

This is a great fidget for desks or tabletops. I've used it for several hour at a time. I will mention that like others may have stated, it does seem small compared to the product images. Otherwise an excellent fidget product.
