Great and exactly like the originals for Schlage interior locksets

With small grandchildren frequently in the house, I keep key pins close to all interior doors that have locks. We recently had the house repainted and most of them disappeared. Ordered these for our Schlage door handles and they are exactly like the original (I did still have a couple to compare them with) - same length and same effectiveness. As the original, you have to have a feel for where to insert them to get them to work. I would recommend people try them out ahead of time so they are not in a panic when they have to use them. Even though they are pretty simple pieces of metal, I thought the price was fine and worth it to me not to have to jerry-rig a coat-hanger. I now have copies in every area I need them plus two spares tucked away for the future.

These keys are what I expected other than maybe being about 1/4 too short in my opinion. They still work fine for my doorknobs, so not too big of a deal.
