I am lactose and gluten intolerant and cannot drink animal milk even if it is lactose free. There are only 3 rice milk brands that I have been able to find. This rice milk from Italy is fabulous and is so much better than Rice Dream. It tastes like animal milk, is calcium fortified and works beautifully in drinking, cooking and baking. Wish it came in a half gallon size due to how much we use. If you are lactose intolerant and need a substitute for animal milk, this rice milk works great and no one will know it's not the real deal unless you tell them. Buy it, you'll love it!
