I guess I just have too much junk to carry around with me. This is a nice little bag though, so I'll use it when I don't need everything that I usually carry. The pockets are nice, the zippers appear to be well made and move smoothly. The material feels durable. It did hold everything that I needed, but it was sort of jammed into the space. It looks bigger online that is really is, but don't let that stop you from getting this bag. I carried a rather bulky wallet, a pair of glasses, an iPhone 14 Pro Max (the biggie), my ear buds which has a larger case as they are the wrap around the ear style, some of my medications and a flashlight in the bag. The ear buds fit the smaller pocket perfectly, the little extras in the other pocket, but it was the stuff I had in the main pockets that was jammed in. When I'd pull something out of a pocket, everything came with it.
It sits perfectly on your hip, the bag doesn't lean forward, the buckle felt secure, and it does come with an extra extender strap if needed. I didn't need it, and I'm a little big around the middle and had plenty of left over strap.
Overall, I'd recommend the bag as long as you're not trying to carry everything but the kitchen sink with you.

Extension belt is very long so if you are plus sized this is the one to buy-bag is roomy

This waist pack has the longest extension belt I've ever experienced. I am a 300 lb female and just need about 3 inches from the extension belt for the pack to fit but its so long that I end up with long amounts of unneeded extra strap hanging from it. The extension belt at its full length measures 35" from buckle to buckle. The straps on the bag measure 32" (fully extended) and 7.5". So altogether you can get over 70" of belt length. That is fantastic if you are larger sized. It was just too long for me although I realize I probably could cut the straps so they don't dangle. Also the longer extension belt may be useful for those wanting to wear the bag crossbody.
The bag itself is very roomy. I like the pocket on the back where you can put money. The main compartment is large enough for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and other items. That little flip phone size pocket on the front would be a good place for keys. The only issue I have with the bag itself is that the zippers don't work smoothly. They tend to stick and are covered by little flaps that sometimes get in the way. I'm not sure how durable those will be in the long run.
