I'm not a fan of maple syrup so this is a great alternative. I don't find the flavor overpowering and it's also not overly sweet, which is one of the reasons I don't care for maple syrup. This is a great alternative sweetener and I will definitely continue to keep in my kitchen. So far I've only tried it on waffles, but I'm excited to experiment when baking and in oatmeal.

I like that this doesn't leave an aftertaste. It works for some baked goods recipes but not well for others. It's not as as sweet and that can be a plus or a minus. Price is high for the amount you get.

I bought this by mistake. Meant to get the original (just dates) Happy mistake! Since I already had it I decided to find some uses for it and I am now using it in my oat milk to make chocolate milk. Much healthier than the supermarket brand and tastes great. Joolies is a good brand.
