Amazon have different sellers that sells the same karaoke but we decided to get this one instead based on the reviews . Other seller have only 15 reviews and this one has 300 plus , and we are glad that we did ! First of all seller his name is Kevin is awesome ! Very helpful and no matter what time I call him he response quickly .I Almost return this product because the sounds was delay but after contacting Kevin he instructed me step by step of what I needed to do .I needed to get a speaker and he recommended a speaker w/ amplifier and that solved it ! Now we are enjoying the karaoke also the magic App is great its got some updated songs that my little daughter likes to sing for example frozen . I am very pleased by the way sellers customer service if it wasn't for his ( Kevin ) help I would've return the product . Some seller sell the karaoke for 25 dollars cheaper but if you will read their reviews the buyers number one complain is the seller bad customer service , so we're glad we chose this one coz the customer service is great ! We are still learning a lot about this karaoke and Kevin is always available to answer our questions.

Update: So i wrote a review earlier with So much worries and concerns but was able to eventually contact the seller and this guy Kevin is awesome. Best customer service iv seen so far on Amazon. He took his good time to slowly work me through the process and made sure everything was resolved and working perfectly and also even gave me suggestions for alternatives to help with the best performance of my unit. You are a g Kevin and I appreciate you. Thanks for what you do and keep keeping. Now I can enjoy my karaoke set without any worries. I couldn't be happier. Godbless

My son had one of these, but he must have loaned it out. We decided to go ahead and purchase another one for him. You should have seen his face when he opened it! This is a newer model so he can utilize it with his cell phone. I actually spoke to the company in California who sells these. Kevin was AWESOME and said to have my son give him a call if he had any questions or issues. Best gift ever.

This review is long overdue! This karaoke set is the BEST! I have had the product for over a year now, no complaints! There are tons of songs that come with it, but the app feature is what really makes it worth the money. Yes, you have to pay for a subscription to get more songs, but I use it so much that it's worth it. New songs are always being added which is so much better than having to buy a new chip (like you have to with older models).

Now for customer service"¦ the machine came with a hand written note with a phone number to call if there are ever any issues. I almost threw it away when I opened the box, but so glad I kept it. The customer service rep, Kevin is extremely helpful and always answers the phone. I have had to call 3 times since I've had the machine (all user errors on my end), and every single time he picked up right away and was able to help me out.

If you love to karaoke, I definitely recommend this product!!
