They say the things that are best for you doesn't always taste great, but this herbal blend took a great deal of courage to take until the bottle was finished. I actually couldn't wait to finish the bottle. It has a strong, bitter taste that is only alleviated by eating something immediately afterwards. I have no doubt that this herb is really good and will do what it says, but this is not for people who only want to consume what tastes good.

I just purchased it and have been taking it since Aug 2nd, so I'm only 4dys in. Someone on tt said to take something mint flavored afterwards to rid of the taste. So I just brush and gargle with toothpaste and the taste is gone instantly; no lingering aftertaste. SSB does send you to the porcelain often. However, I'll have to get back to you all with an update on what it does.
