This is not a chess set. This is a set of 32 highly detailed miniatures that you should primer up and paint that you get for less than $25. Which is an absolutely an amazing deal if you're familiar with normal unpainted miniature prices. Where else can you find a detailed mini of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi? You can find someone to model and resin print him of course, but that will cost you a fortune. The chess board is just a bonus. I throw the certificate away. They're just the right size for homebrew DnD campaigns.

I bought this for my grandson and he likes it. My complaint is I have not been able to purchase the New President Biden or Vice-President Harris. I try the website page that said it can be purchased but doesn't accept crdit cards or paypal and takes you to a different means of payment. In these times of uncertainty I did not feel confortable to giving my credit information. If anyone can tell me how to purchase the President and Vice President pieces I would appreciate it.

I paid less than $20 for this set. While I am not thrilled with the board (cardboard), the pieces are worth the cost; however, I have decided I will not invest in the add on pieces or the add on board (about $40 extra total). Great as a novelty piece or for playing.

Fun gift for the political humored person. Clever idea not executed as well as it could have been. Not especially sturdy, and you have to buy the democratic party winners separately, which would have been another chunk of money. We opted to leave those pieces empty and had a good laugh over the game in general.
