I'm so picky about pillows that I didn't think I could ever sleep on anything but my old trusty Tempurpedic. Then I got this pillow because I was fascinated by the idea of adjustable layers. This system of layers just WORKS with no downside.

Most normal humans would probably be satisfied with just leaving or stripping out a layer from this pillow, but I discovered that there are other customization possibilities that few people will ever imagine. So I stripped out one of the layers, cut it lengthwise, then stacked the strips one over the other underneath the neck supporting end, then stripped and discarded the top sheet with the rounded neck bump that I found disagreeable, then flipped over the entire remaining pillow stack so that the flat base became the top-side. This offered me optimal height and a side-sleeping resting head position that remains parallel to the mattress and leaves my spine straight from head to butt. I doubt you understand what I just tried to say, but my only point is that you can let your imagination fly and accomplish your dreams with this absolutely revolutionary, customizable pillow.

Only one week of using this pillow. I've tried so many pillow, temperpedic, memory foam, you name it with little to no relief and waking up in SO much pain plus tossing and turning all night! Memory foams sink in your head. This one supports the neck while giving my head the cushion it needs and I'm a side sleeper. Had to leave a review because I know it will help someone!

Over the years since contour pillows first came on the scene in the early 90's I've purchased more than I'd care to admit to. All in an effort to find the one that truly performed up to its billing and I finally after literally 30 years I've found it.

I'm predominantly a side sleeper so when contour pillows first arrived, they sounded like the perfect solution to support my neck keeping it in the proper alignment with my spine. Well, after a while, I found that all contour pillows are not alike. Depending on your size, the part of the pillow that supports your neck can be too high or too low unless the manufacturer sells more than one size option allowing one to purchase the correct height thickness to support the neck. Still, it was all guesswork.

Nowadays, when you buy a contour pillow it's usually a one- size-fits-all. Well, unless you can adjust the pillow to the height that correctly supports your neck, one-size-fits-all just doesn't cut the mustard.

Since using the Royal Therapy my morning neck pain is history and the back pain is at least 75% improved and feeling better with each passing morning.

The price may seem to be a bit costly and look like other contour pillows costing half the price or less, but that's where the similarities end. This pillow is filled with what it takes to get the sleep and comfort that the rest of the pack can only promise.

I adore this pillow so much that I bought a second one for my bed at my lake house, just got it today. I used to suffer from shoulder and neck pain. Not anymore. Not since I got my first King size Royal pillow January 2021. These are the first King size pillows I've ever owned. The size and length is perfect. I'm not a large person (5'1" tall - 190lbs) but I love that I can turn and am on a new cool section of the pillow and don't have to raise up to adjust the pillow for a cool spot. Instead of 2 pillows on my queen bed, there is just the one and it is perfectly everything I need from a pillow and more! Thanks again for a wonderful sleeping experience with these amazing pillows! 🫠

This is the Best Pillow I have ever owned. I am 61 years old and can't tell you how many expensive pillows I've bought over the years trying to find the Best one! This is it for me! The length is perfect! The hight on the pillow on either side is perfect! It supports my neck and head in the right position all night long, weather I am lying on my back or my side. I no longer wake up with a "˜crick' in my neck. No more waking up in the night trying to adjust my pillow for comfort, or fighting with my pillow.
