I liked everything about this station except the baffle. The baffle made it easy for the squirrels to jump on it and climb the pole. Their little claws could hook into the bolt ends and give the little varmits a good foot hold. I ended up buying a different baffle that I had bought for my other bird feeder station, I know it keeps the squirrels off of it.
Assemble it right and it stays strong and sturdy. LOVE that it fastens right to my deck rail.

I love this feeder! It IS sturdy and strong enough IF you insert the upper pole way down low into the base pole, rather than if you only insert the upper pole a few inches. (So resist the urge to make this pole as tall /long as possible.) Also, I only put a small amount of birdseeds into each dish at a time, since I DO want the seed to be gone by nightfall to avoid raccoons trying to climb into it to get dinner. I figure that's probably too much weight for this to handle--and I don't intend to find out! I had fun adjusting placement of items. I have the clear dish filled with water and placed farthest away from the rest of the trays, to hopefully avoid the water getting ruined. Also, I made sure not to place the tray of water directly over any of the seed trays so as not to get the seeds wet, either (the rain will get the seeds wet enough, I'm sure.) The birds LOVE it and so far, the squirrels don't! (Although that's likely because I do have a squirrely food block + dishes of nuts and seeds for squirrels in other locations nearby. I'm thrilled that I have this on my deck, but I have everything hanging over ground not the deck, so as not to make much mess. That alone is very nice! It's not in our way when we want to use our deck for dining or entertaining, and it doesn't make it look sloppy or dirty from dropped seeds, shells, or bird poop, either. I LOVE this feeder contraption! And the price is the lowest I'd found! Just remember to keep the height somewhat lower, to keep it sturdy and not wiggle.

It has a lots of added accessories, Is sturdy, Looks good, seems made well. I bought it to hang hummingbird food, but I think the accessories I will use to feed the birds that stay in this area in the winter. I love the little pool for the hummers.

You might not use all of the small hanging items included with this feeding station, and you may (as I did) prefer better feeders to hang on it, but this metal frame can be used to hold various feeders and baths, and the birds really seem to love the 360 degree access, as opposed to hanging the feeders on a fence, where they had previously been located.
