The media could not be loaded. We liked that this fits nice and snug in our tiny NYC drawers. We were bummed it arrived with a crack we thought from Poot packaging but kept it because we couldn't wait for another one to arrive and we're concerned it would be the same issue. Overall I give it a solid 4! Would have been 5 if it wasn't cracked and it looks gorgeous with the silverware in it!
