I am very satisfied with the performance of our air fryer. I'm a very big fan of the faster, crispy, lower fat cooking method. GoWISE has made it simple to use, roomy enough to produce an ample meal, with multiple features. Clean up is easy, being careful not to use anything abrasive on the interior to avoid damaging the smooth wipable finish. The trays clean well in the sink or dishwasher. I've enjoyed the little cookbook, included, and gave me a good start for more intuitive cooking. The air fryer has replaced half of my conventional oven use. We have tried the dehydration feature a bit, and look forward to experimenting further. I have one issue, which is not difficult for me, but others may find inconvenient: it kept tripping my kitchen circuit breakers. I had to move it to a different 20 amp circuit. After that adjustment, no problem.

Bought this air fryer/dehydrator after a TON of research. In fact we purchased a different air fryer prior to this one, the kind with a pull out basket type of food tray thing, but it was not even close to what we wanted/needed. the main reason for getting an air fryer at all was to make tortilla chips and other fried foods without the smell of the fryer. Health didn't really enter into the equation.
We bought this one because -
A-it has multiple trays
B-the cooking surfaces are metal and can be washed in the dish washer
C-it was not incredibly expensive
D-it said it is a dehydrator

Anyway, we've had it for about a week and so far we've used it to make breakfast bacon (doesn't curl up nearly as bad as in a frying pan and the grease doesn't have charred bits of meat in it so it is much better for re-use), reheat pizza, reheat lasagna, bake tortilla chips (need some practice, but I think it will work well) and right now making venison jerky.

On to the review -

The temperature is fairly accurate, but with such a small heating area it fluctuates greatly when the heater is on as oppose to when it is off. With the setting at 165 the high temp reached 169 and the low temp reached 147, but it was literally only a few seconds at low temp before the heating element kicked back on and it went right back up to 169 so all in all I think the temp is as accurate as can be expected.
There is no fan forced heat so rotating longer cooking foods will be a must, but is that really all that much of a hassle?

The controls are pretty straight forward although believe it or not the on/off takes some getting use to.

Clean up on this thing is about as easy as it gets. remove the tray(s),

Some reviews said how loud it is, but as I type this it is literally on the other side of the counter right behind my head by about three feet and it's just not that loud and we have a very quiet house (no kids). Maybe ours is just quieter than others or maybe other people have a different definition of "loud"

I only have two real complaints about the thing.
1-The bottom tray can't be accessed even with the door fully open unless you pull the unit to the edge of the counter because the door doesn't lay flat. That leads to complaint #2
2-The little suction cup feet are unnecessary AND they come off when you try to slide the unit forward to open the door all the way so you can access the bottom tray.

Bottom line, if you're in the market for a good air fryer/dehydrator and don't wanna spend $500, get this one.
If they fix the door issue and the feet issue I'd give it a 5 star rating.

**UPDATE**

The company replaced the unit at no cost to me. I've used the replacement unit at least a dozen times and it appears to not have the same issue. Great customer service brings my review up to 5 stars.

I have been using this for about a month and absolutely love it. We have a family of 7 so we loved the size of this unit. We've done a rotisserie whole chicken (6lbs), apple slices, zucchini slices, Potatoes, sub sandwiches, Brussel sprouts, grilled cheese, pork loins. Absolutely fantastic. The only issue is the last time I used it, the rotisserie stopped working when I was cooking potatoes in the basket attachment. Kind of frustrating, I have contacted the company, but 30 days of use periodically and to have this break does not speak well for their quality especially considering we paid for retail price on this unit. I'll update if the company responds and takes care of my issue in a satisfactory way.

So two and a half years later and this thing is still running like a champ. I use the dehydrator at least once a week. I use the rotisserie a couple times a weekto make 3-4 whole chickens for soups and sandwiches I make for a few elderly folks who struggle cooking for themselves. I do need to order a new rod and hooks because the screws that hold them in place are wearing out, and the bar itself is fairly dinged up from use, but still usable. As for the higher temp cooking, I use it almost daily, and it still keeps temp. The presets are great to get you in the ballpark for time and temp, but will need rotation and more time when cooking multiple layers. The drip pan is the only thing I've ever grumbled about because you have to pull the unit to the very edge of the counter top in order to get the door to fall far enough that the tray will slide out. Budget friendly, without skimping on the quality. Would absolutely buy this again.

Update. We contacted the MFG and they issued a replacement in about a week.
We didn't have to pay any return shipping, just send a photo of the unit with the cord cut off for them to send out the replacement.

We have had this about a month and loved it until it broke this evening.
When we removed the Rotisserie bar and food, the connector that hooks to the Rotisserie motor came out with the bar.
The connector is round on the side that connects to the motor, and square on the side that connects to the bar.
There is a hole on the round side of the connector that holds a pin of some sort to attach the connector to the motor shaft. The holes are not threaded, so I'm guessing this is just a pressure connection. (Hint to GoWise, what happens when dissimilar metals are heated? )
As the motor shaft is within the frame of the unit, this is not something that I can simply reattach as there is no way to reinsert the missing pin.
If GoWise used a motor with a square or hex shaft, instead of a round one, it would be simple to just slide the connector back on to the motor shaft and would save everyone involved a lot of hassle in the end.
I have contacted GoWise to report the issue and start a Warranty claim. I am also still within my Amazon return window in case they are un-cooperative.
I will update this review in regards to my customer service experience.
