Ive been wearing shoulder rigs for a long time, including a long career in the Army carrying 1911's and M9's. For the price I knew what this was going to be when I ordered it, and it was exactly as expected so I cannot complain about it. I ordered it to carry a G19 around my back property. And I am giving it four stars because it does get the job done. But I am taking away one star for the following reasons.

First the bad, then the good, then final thoughts.

The bad
It works but it is a pain to get on without it being twisted up.
Material is not great.
Rides up a little too high under the shoulder.

The good
Stretch material
The velcro is good quality, not the cheap stuff so it does hold

My final thoughts.
I used to own a gun shop and am an FFL holder. I sold far more in ammo and accessories than I ever sold in guns. This is not a quality shoulder rig but it does work. Look at the price. Had something like this been available when I was a dealer I would have carried it as a cheap option. I had plenty of customers who wanted shoulder rigs but couldn't afford them. This would have been a good, cheap option for someone that just wanted to shoulder carry around their property or something similar.

Reviewing with some months experience with this holster, and giving it a fair review considering the cheap price, it is deserving of a four star rating. And I would say "go for it" for someone that wanted a shoulder rig but did not have the funds for something more expensive.

I actually really like this holster a lot! I have literally EVERY type of holster that is made and this $20 buck holster is far and above my fave! I have a beer gut so it is just not comfortable to try to wear any kind of holster around my waist. I've tried IWB, OWB, SOB, you name it I have tried it! Even shoulder holsters but this one is great because I can just wrap that spandex-type stretchy material around my lower chest, above my gut and it rides there perfectly. You will not get a real quick draw from this holster but I feel it is fast enough. There is an Alien Gear Lo-Pro belly band with a kydex holster canted at 45° that I now know would probably work great as a chest holster even though it's not technically built for that but it is $100! So while I'm trying to save up to by that one, which will provide a quicker draw, I will wear this one happily. Now keep in mind this is a $20 buck item, ok. It's not high quality or mil-spec or anything fancy. It is a way to carry my Sig P365 around my chest without printing and it is pretty dang comfortable. I wore it the other day for about 5 hours and just needed to tighten up the belt once while in the bathroom. That is another plus. A waist holster and even a pocket holster (my 2nd favorite) will weigh your pants down so trying to take a leak can be a chore to not drop your weapon or show everyone that you are carrying. This thing just rides there nice and snug. If you are more the skinny type you may have an issue printing but I am pretty muscular with a gut and this thing disappears under my chest muscles and above my gut. Plus, for $20 bucks, what do you have to lose? You can always return it. One last point, I am not a daily wearer, so if you do carry every day I'm not sure how long this would necessarily last, but there again it's $20 bucks. Really can't beat it. Be safe!

I have looked for a long time for a shoulder holster that will work with my active lifestyle. This one fits the need. It is washable and has a generic holster, so it fits many different models of firearm. The neo holds the firearm close to the body for deep concealment - even under just a t-shirt. There is a velcro strap over the shoulder that holds the weight of the firearm, so that the neoprene doesn't slip down as you move. There is also a velcro strap that holds the firearm in place, and it also works well. As with most deep concealment, access to your firestick is not quick if in an emergency. But, before this holster and especially in the summertime I have found myself carrying less because of athletic attire. With this holster I can carry no matter what I'm wearing, so I've landed on "I'd rather have slow access to it than no access to it". I mostly use this holster for running and active days, so I still have others that give me faster access on days when I can put on a belt. One con, however, is that I have found that the front sight tends to catch on the elastic upon draw, but if I'm needing the weapon, I think that will be overcome.

Use this for my Ruger LCP9 CCW. Very comfortable to wear, like the way it secured my automatic, the shoulder strap stops any slippage. Very easy to remove when I get home. Highly recommend at the price.

Ruger lcp 380 fits excellent as a belly band with no print and around cheat as well. Straps that come with it for over the shoulder not long enuf but excellent ccw band for small ones. Will hold m glovk 43 as well but biggest i would feel comfortable carrying in it. NOTE. If you order right that means gun will be under left arm
