I love having these pastas in the pantry. Cook nicely to al dente in 5-7 minutes. I cook the whole bag, then store in the refrigerator and reheat chunks for quick meals during the week.
After reheating a corn and ancho chili, moringa, and garlic olive oil, mix for 2 minutes in the microwave, I add the pasta on top, and heat for another 1 minute 20 sec. Voilà , still Al dente and ready for a garnish: salmon, tuna, or occasionally venison or buffalo sausage.

It tastes good but the only problem is you have to put a lot of salt in it to hold the flavor of the pasta, I used sea salt, but still it says to put a lot of it in the boiling water
