I bought these for my Father who has hearing loss from his former job. And I put them on to adjust the sound and Wow the clarity was great. He has them one the lowest setting and he can hear everything. These are a great buy and a really good price.

Oh. My. Word! I wish I had ordered these months ago! I got them today and after charging and sizing the ear piece to my ear I put it in. I had to run it on the lowest setting because the sound is so crystal clear. I had a tiny bit of ringing but after reading the recommendations, realized the rubber was too small for my ear canal. After changing it out, I had NO ringing at all. The clarity is amazing!!! I even had to tell my hubby to quit talking so loudly! If you are hesitant about buying these don't be! They are terrific!!!

There is the squealing noise if they aren't placed in the ear correctly, but just need the right fit and you're all set. Great value for the money. The product seems to have clearer sound than the previous hearing amplifier I had. If one turns the product on after it is in the ear, the screech is eliminated. Same when the product is removed. Turn it off, then remove it.
