Okay I had to rewrite my review after researching this company's claims. It does have 12 grams of carbs per slice, BUT the carbs supposedly come from fiber. If this is true, then it is in fact Zero NET CARBS, because carbs in fiber aren't digestible, so they don't count. That's pretty damn good. Plus it actually taste like real bread! Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. Only complaint I have is that it took forever to be delivered, but other than that, it was a win for me, because I'm not into the gluten and all that just yet. It's not that derp for me right now.

These loaves can be frozen, so I get a couple of packs at a time. Is it expensive? Yes. But in my case, well worth it.

Tasted ok. A little 'meh'. But once toasted and eaten together with something else like a sandwich, with runny eggs, etc., it's much better. After a few bites, I forgot that it wasn't regular bread. It's the #1 player in my success with keto this time around. Works for me! Price went up though. It was around $30, now it's $38. So I'll be looking at other brands with good prices and trying those out too (as long as they're also 0g net carbs like this one.)

I think I will stick with this product. The company has integrity, in my opinion. So far, this has been my second order. We had some pretty extreme weather here in TX not too long ago, and I was concerned about shipping times and how fresh it was going to arrive. Although the company did their part to ship it out promptly, it was really out of their hands after that, but they gracefully and immediately, without question sent me a refund for my order, although it wasn't really their fault. That cemented my trust in them, and I believe that is worth the little bit of extra money. Plus, it IS only ZERO net carbs, just that in itself is worth the price, and we know how quickly a few carbs can add up, so it's really 100% guilt free sandwiches! Also, as I've mentioned before, the taste is still fine when paired with other foods.

I can't say enough good things about this bread. At 35 calories a slice, it is not only low-carb but low-calorie--and filling!. It is a staple in my weight loss program. I don't think I could stay on my diet without it. It comes in three loaf packages that are shipped only when they have fresh batches. To manage this and have a constant supply, I try to reorder when I open up the third loaf. When it comes, I freeze two.

Alright, I have tried quite a few keto-friendly baked goods. Generally, they only kind of resemble the items they are supposed to replace. However, this bread is very much bread (!!!). It is the most expensive bread I have ever invested in. That said, I have been eating sandwiches with wild abandon and great delight, and I have not exhibited any signs of exiting ketosis. I was a little worried about whether this was really going to be keto-compatible when I saw some of the disgruntled reviews for this product. For me, this bread has been absolutely keto-friendly. It is definitely not a good fit for anyone who is living gluten-free, wheat-free, grain-free, or bread-free. Because it is bread, and it contains wheat. In terms of the packaging, you might think. "My lands, 3 loaves is a lot of bread!" I was initially not a fan of the fact that it comes in a 3-pack because I had concerns I wouldn't like it or that it would spoil, etc. I quickly discovered that (at least in our household), 3 loaves is somehow not an unreasonable amount of bread. Also, the company conveniently packaged it so that one loaf is in its own single bag (for eating right away), and the other two loaves are individually bagged and in a separate double bag for easy freezing. I did the freezer experiment, and the 2 frozen loaves defrosted fabulously without any extra preparation or fuss. Overall, I've had a great experience with this product and plan to purchase it again.
