I meant to take pictures of my beautiful tarts, and thought I got one or two, but I didn't. Too bad, because this is a great little pie maker. Yes, you can make tarts in a little muffin or pie tin, and bake, but this is quick, easy, and fun. And, they are perfectly sized for deserts. I made little pie-shaped cannoli shells (worked perfectly) and filled my little pie-shaped cannoli shells with cannoli filling and then sprinkled with powdered sugar and lots of shaved semi sweet chocolate. DELICIOUS! You can also fill with puddings, fruit, custards-- any cold filling will do. If you underbake the shells when making them, you probably can do a hot filling in the oven (quiches!).
