Don't be fooled by the packaging. This product is not your I package fit all type of products . You still need to add sugar or garlic or sesame oil or green onion to your Chinese dish, but you add this fermented bean past to it, the flavor of the dish just come alive unlike Any others. It's less red then the regular and a much more complex and intense aroma.
This is it for the best shihuan Ma Pao tofu. Just needs minced beef fried in Caiziyou (Roasted rape seed oil) and a quality Sichuan pepper as a base.
