I bought this as a recommendation from a blog that compared this diaper pail to a Dialer Genie and another brand. They recommended this one as the best choice. I knew I didn't want a D.G. but saw this in Target and added it to my list. When the blog recommended it i decided to buy it. I like that you don't have to use their bags and can use any bag. I find that the Pure Pail bags fit the best of course. I'm not too sure about how the rubber flaps will hold up long term. I've only used it 3 weeks so far. It does a good job at masking the scent from the soiled diapers as well.

Great pail. Its lightweight and really locks in odors. I have absolutely no complaints. I'd recommend this to anybody

I do t use this for a baby, I use it for my chihuahuas pee-pads (training pads). And I love it!! All used pads go directly into here until the bag fills. No odor at all. Sealed perfectly! I'm happy I tried it.

This trash can is as good as the big brand diaper pails. Its small enough to fit anywhere. The charcoal filter or the way it's built really keeps the smell away. I have the pail by my bed and i never smell diapers. It also holds about 30 rolled diapers which is a lot in my opinion. I don't like how the top isn't easy to open, I do have to press the lid hard or a couple of times until it opens. Now the lid wont stay closed without doing the same.

I love this diaper pail! Had a child lock, easy to use, no nasty synthetic fragrances in the bags that your child is breathing around (hellooo phthalates and endocrine disruptors and carcinogens. Look into synthetic fragrances, yuck! Why do they make baby products with these of all things??) It comes with a place to put a charcoal packet in the lid to mitigate the smell, but it really does need changed out every 3-4 weeks to be effective. I just purchased an off brand of charcoal packets, might cost like $13 ish for a years worth of packets. The bag is easy to change out and they even thoughtfully designed it to mitigate how much smell can come out when changing the bag out. It really works to mitigate the smell. I occasionally smell it when it's open and the bag is nearly full, but close it and it's gone pretty quick. It's simple, easy, and affordable. What's not to like?? Also I bought a roll of bags for it, and just tossed them in the bottom of the pail for easy quick bag changes! Pull the bag up, knot it, then open the lid and pull the whole bag out. You could probably use regular bags with this, but the bags designed for it are more thick to block the smell, plus are easier to pull out when the bag is full. So I'm figuring we'll just keep buying the bags designed for it. 😊
