Works as it should. It did exactly what it's supposed to. sturdy on flat floor and carpet. I haven't tried it outside on grass or other outdoor surface. I gave 4 because extending each segment can require some getting used to if you've never used multisegment telescoping poles like this. But other than that, it worked perfectly. Great price also!
Remote got a one star because I simply have no use for it.
