I needed a good sturdy fan to replace the old fan on my covered patio. This fan fit my needs perfectly. This is not the first ceiling fan I've installed, but it was easy to hang and wire following the enclosed instructions. The only issue I ran into was getting it "balanced" after I hung it. I highly recommend ordering a fan balancing kit when you order the fan. It took me about 45 minutes of using the various fan blade weights in the balance kit to get the fan to run on its highest speed setting without wobbling. Other than that it's a great fan and I look forward to sitting out on my patio with my favorite adult beverage.
