I can't complain much about it given that it only costs around $20.00 and is a functional stun gun in an everyday carry pen that fits in your pocket with a pocket clip or in a computer bag with other pens.
However, it is longer than ordinary writing pens, and may fool people at first glance, but I'm sure that law enforcement and TSA will know what it is. It should have a writing pen and/or a flash light, but doesn't. I

The media could not be loaded. It is just as the picture and it does hurt as hell I tested it by mistake. It is good for self defense just one time and run if possible. It comes with a one page manual of instructions, has USB port charging, easy to carry not heavy and very effective. Has a switch on and off and activation button.
