I purchased this fan to keep in my office, then purchased another one when my husband said he wanted a small fan to keep on our patio. I really like that It has a USB charging cord, and even when in plugged from the USB, the battery last for a very long time before it needs to be charged again. The airflow is good and the noise is minimal - not disruptive when on conference calls. If you're looking for a small fan, that's portable and hold a good charge and doesn't require 110V, this would be a great option.

I brought this fan because my office temperature changes frequently from freezing to the inferno. Since several employees share the same space, I wanted a convenient, powerful fan and wanted to make sure the whirling of the fan's motor would not distract my teammates. Thankfully it does not. It's durable and designed well enough to be dropped several times without impacting the outer casing. I just plug it into my pc and adjust accordingly. I love it!

The fan starts out perfectly quiet on it's lowest setting it is peaceful, however after about the first week the bearings start to make noise, I've gotten around the worst of it by angling the fan downwards which seems to take the weight off the bearings and make the fan silent again otherwise it create an audible and slightly annoying noise. the fan would be amazing if this was dealt with some how.
I don't regret this fan though, and I would recommend it at least until I find something better. There isn't anything better that I've found so far and I've searched alot, and bought many other far more disappointing fans, as my spouse nearly throws a fit over fan noise.
