Good sound, works well

I had been using over the head type wireless head phones to watch tv, and when they broke I decided to try wireless ear buds instead. I'm very pleased with them. They were fairly easy to set up, though the instructions were a bit confusing. The only problem I've had with them is keeping the earbuds fastened in my ears, but that is probably because of the shape of my ears, rather than the earbuds. The transmitter does have to be recharged occasionally, but this is easy to do. When the earbuds are securely fastened in the ears, I get no interfering sound from other sources. Using these enables me and my wife to watch tv at our individual sound levels.

These are my first headphones except for over-the-ear ones I couldn't make work and returned. I'm also new to blue tooth but this set is easy to figure out (I use the 35mm audio plug), comfortable, and takes up little space. Sound is clear between rooms and amazingly, plenty loud enough! If need be, I can have a bud in one ear and keep a hearing aid in the other to listen for a knock or call. Initially I thought charging was complicated, but once I understood the process it became easy and routine. Five months in I had an issue with one speaker and Giveet responded quickly with troubleshooting - and when the issue persisted, cheerfully replaced the headset, no questions asked. I can't say enough about the speed and quality of their customer service! I'm very happy with this set as are my neighbors...one came to check on me because she hadn't heard my TV in a while!
A good, reliable and affordable external BT soundcard

I purchased this external BT sound card for my HP Chromebook x2. For some weird reason my wireless earphones did not work well with the built-in BT module in the chromebook. Sound simply disappeared every now and then, even though the earphones stayed connected to the chromebook BT.
I decided to give this device a try. I simply inserted it into one of the chromebook's USB-C ports. The Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro earphones paired with this BT sound card immediately, and the connection is stable at all times. There are no sound interruptions whatsoever with this external BT sound card, and it solved the issue I had.
Two relatively minor issues I noticed:
1. For some reason sound volume is lower when my earphones are paired to this BT soundcard compared to other devices. I often have to set the volume to its maximal level, but at this max. level volume is fine.
2. The Power Delivery (PD) USB-C port on my device doesn't work. The chromebook is not charging, and the USB-C power meter placed between the power adapter and the sound card PD port is continuously turning on and off. This is not a big deal for me, because there are two USB-C ports on the chromebook, and I have a special USB-C multi-port card with HDMI, USB-A and RJ45 outputs. This card is equipped with the USB-C PD port that works fine. But you shouldn't count on the PD capabilities of this card.

I purchased this for my mom who had trouble hearing the television regardless of volume level. She loves it and can now hear everything clearly. Because these are earbuds, if the user uses hearing aids, it is best the hearing aids are removed to use. It was easy to set up. Please note that if your television has a headphone jack, use it and not the RCA audio jacks. I liked this unit because the main unit rests around the neck so nothing heavy hanging from your ears. The volume controls are easy to learn and relatively large buttons. There is no mute button. The on/off switch is very small. Charging the headset does require a USB port on your computer as no wall outlet plug-in charger is provided. Please note that all the USB charging cables provided are USB and micro plugs. The micro plugs can be frustrating for seniors. Tiny tinny plugs that could frustrate a tech savvy teenager. I still recommend this product. Showed mom how to charge the headphones once, she has never called me for a follow lesson.

I would give a zero review if that was possible. We only had these five months and they already won't charge up. I updated this to 4 stars because they were quick to replace the headset. Now I'm waiting to see how long this one lasts.
