So I had actually bought this with the intention of cleaning my bed. I have sensory issues and even a small grain of dirt can disturb me from my sleep. So every day the bed has to be cleaned and redone for me to sleep.
I had no vacuum and I was tired of having to find creative ways to dust the bed. I ordered this one for its simplicity, price, and compactness. Honestly, I was a tad worried about whether it could do its job. It does! The suction worked well I noticed though on sheets it suctions the sheet and moves it around so you have to hold the sheet down from it being lifted. On occasion, you have to go over the same spot because sometimes the dirt won't be lifted. However, if you keep the vacuum clean it does a very very good job. I took a look at the filter and I was surprised at how much dirt it picked up that I didn't even know was there. Overall, I think the purchase was 100% worth it.

Although it is small in size, it performs better than expected and is a cost-effective product. I already have two vacuums from other brands, but this one is handy and easy to use. While I was using it well, the front of the crevice broke due to my mistake. I was embarrassed, but I contacted the seller to purchase the part, and he said he would send me the crevice tool and brush free of charge. This customer service moved me, and I was very grateful. A new part was delivered, and I am using it well again. I am grateful for the service provided every time I use it. This product not only has excellent performance but also excellent customer service.

I love this little vacuum so much I bought another one so I can have one in the kitchen and one in the living room to grab up crumbs, dust and cat hair. I also use the brush attachment to clean cat hair off my couch and it works great. I use these for pretty much all my dusting now. So much better to suck the dust up then to wipe it around and have it fly in the air again. I used this one so much that the brush wore down and the charger stopped working. I contacted customer service to see where I could buy replacements and they immediately sent me replacements free of charge. I definitely did not expect that! Very happy with BOTH purchases of this vacuum.

I purchased this item based on the reviews given, and I'm happy to say, I'm thrilled with this little guy! I wanted a handheld, rechargeable, AND cordless vacuum to use on carpeted stair steps...I am disabled, and absolutely can NOT use anything else on the stairs...it would not be a pretty picture! I like the idea that you get 2, yes TWO filters when you get the package, PLUS....FREE filters for life!! How can you go wrong? (Purchase a DIFFERENT one...) It has great suction, and is not too heavy! The LED light is also nice! You do NOT have to keep your finger on the power button while using! Would highly recommend!!
