I love love love the thing, great massage, love auto shut off, love the 3 times a day, the only problem, its not hitting my target areas for my shoulders and lower back, which is why i needed it, the instructions say try sitting on a pillow to raise urself up, i tried and its just so much trouble trying to get adjusted.
Im 5.4 btw, im going to try getting a more firmer pillow if that doesnt work i will return it, it is definitely highly reccomended for the taller person, stay tuned....

Not much for a deep massage but it is very soothing and I fall asleep every time I use it. I have been trying to find one that will go from my neck to my sacrum. This one has a void between the scapula area which is where I carry most of my tension. Still in search of the perfect portable massager. It is pretty cumbersome. I tried laying on it to increase the pressure but that made it sound like it was struggling and a lot of reviews mentioned how some of the rollers would just stop working. I didn't want to chance that so I propped it up in a reclined position on the couch and 💥 asleep in 15 minutes every time.
