Well decorated jar with a superior "feel" to it. I have been wanting to try Moroccan inspired cuisine lately and so decided to purchase the olive tampenade. Flavor profile is pretty good but it's a bit thick for my liking - doesn't spread as easily. I feel like it would've been better with a more even oil emulsion.
