I really love this stuff. I really appreciate, though kind of question the simplicity of the listed ingredients. to be more specific, were these olive really fermented or pickled without the use of water, herbs, or vinegar? Because if those were used in the process they should be listed, and are not. But nevertheless, the product is delicious and delivers well. My only complaint is I bit into pit fragments almost every time I used a small amount of the spread, which is encouraging me to try other brands and compare that feature.
