It worked great. My only disapontment is the trays are thin and could be brittle. Be careful washing them. I did put them in my dishwasher and made sure they did not rub up against other items. They came out nice and clean. It appears small but I did get 1 1/2 pounds of thinny slicked vension in them all. It took 7 hours to cure and it came out perfect. I did rotate trays twice.

I make dehydrated liver treats for my dogs every week. I have had it for about a year. It is quiet, safe and reliable. I put the meat on parchment paper for easy cleanup. Worked great for fruit as well.

Bought this for our surplus of hot peppers from the garden. Dehydrates them well. Can't wait to try with other produce. Slight fan noise when running but nothing annoying. The only reason I wouldn't give five stars is because I wish the trays had a little more height to accommodate thicker peppers (even when cut in half), and when the timer goes off it beeps multiple times and can get annoying if you do the dehydrating over night and it goes off while you're still asleep (if your appliance is within a decent distance from where you're sleeping)
