I'm a new mom and my baby was struggling to latch properly at first.. paired with very strong jaws and I was in so much pain I almost gave up. Even my clothes were hurting me after that. My only gripe is the sizes are too limited. I should have sized up to the bigger option, but the height of the cup is exactly the same which is what I would need a bigger option of. Still, they work great even if they are a little too small/short and I'd definitely recommend these to anyone new to breastfeeding. I don't think I would be able to continue it myself without something like this.
