This corn flour makes great cheese arepas & Salvadorean Pupusas. The dough and cheese blend in nicely with just warm water. I wouldn't use another brand to make my arepas or Pupusas. The whole package along with 2lbs of Mazarella make around 4lbs of cheese dough, which turns into 30 arepas... thats a great deal ðŸ‘. Moreover, you can refrigerate or freeze the arepas or Pupusas and they last 1 week in the fridge and 2 to 3 weeks in the freezer when placed in freezer Baggies... 😉
