I have only been taking these for a few days, and I had throat cancer so they are too big for me to swallow so I bite into them and then swallow the oil, the oil is very fishy tasting BUT I do not get fishy burps and as soon as I take a gummy vitamin the flavor is gone. I hope the aches in my knee and ankle will be manageable in another week or so.
