Have only tried it once but this seems like it's going to save me so much money by not going to doctors, my ears feel exactly the same as they did after they were cleaned professionally. I only wish it was easier to do it myself with the spray bottle and nozzle but it was doable.
Works

I've tried multiple products such as debrox, and multiple ear picks and nothing has worked. I have extremely impacted ear wax that's hard as a booger stuck on a wall. This literally took 5 minutes to get an ear wax the size of a finger tip to be removed completely. I can hear in 4k UHD. One thing that buyers do need to be aware of is that this can definitely mess with your body's internal equilibrium so you may feel dizzy or experience a bit of vertigo. 10/5 stars. Just do it
Not bad but a few precautions....

I read through the instructions and gave it a try. The first night I used it I had little success. In fairness, they say it might take multiple applications so I used it again on a second night and much of the problem went away. I mixed four parts warm water with one part hydrogen peroxide. Warm water seems to work better than colder water. Saved a trip to have my ears cleaned at a doctors office. Thanks.
Precautions: First, I got a little dizzy doing this as mentioned in the instructions. In turning my head to the side and occasionally closing my eyes, for me it wasn't a big deal. Definitely don't have a child do this by themselves. Second, the package comes with these small metal tools used to scoop earwax out of your ear and a spiral curette used to "massage the inner ear canal" and "reduce itching". I'm no doctor but from my perspective, putting a metal object of any kind in your ear, sounds like an invitation to injury, possibly permanent damage. Can you put your finger in your ear? No. And there's a good reason: if you could you'd probably damage your ear. The instructions say not to push "too deep into the ear canal, as they(the provided tools) may damage your ear drum". How much is too deep? Will the average Joe or Jane on the street know what too deep is? Then of course they say they are not liable for any injuries that occur when using the product.
Suggestion to the manufacturer: Get rid of the tools. They aren't needed and can only lead to problems for you and your customers down the road. With enough applications, from my experience, the wax will loosen and fall out. No need to risk the health of your customer's ear drums, or risk getting sued by suggesting them to put sharp unnecessary objects in their ears. Let a doctor or ear specialist do that if it is truly needed to be done.

My 18yr old went swimming and got his ears clogged and like a teenager he stuck a q-tip in his ear to try and clean them- (after I explicitly told him not to) needless to say he made it worse. Got this little devise and after following the directions you should have seen all the gunk that came out!
