Dehumidifier was easy to setup, replacing another device by a different manufacturer which only lasted 14 months. As with the other unit, I have it draining directly into a sink, so no issues there. I found this one easy to use and easy to understand (again, unlike the F* unit I had.) I could easily adjust the level of humidity on the console. My room sensor shows that it, indeed, does dehumidify the air... as well, or better, than the previous F* unit. The most noticeable characteristic is that it is much quieter than the previous unit we had, which we appreciate since it's next to our family room. I don't often give 5-stars but this one checked all the boxes, so it felt right!

Product arrived last night and was relatively easy to setup. The supplied drain hose is a little flimsy but I'm giving it a try and draining into a condensate pump. After the required 2 hour waiting period I fired up the unit. It's pretty quiet even on high. The console is nice and the colorful humidity indicator is really useful. However, I can't get the humidity level to change - when I press on the appropriate place, nothing happens. I've pressed just about everywhere I can on the console and one time, yes, one time, the machine beeped and the humidity level blinked to show 40, but it went back to displaying the current level. I really don't want to have to go through the process of returning the unit to get one that fully functions, so I'll give it another day to see how well it's pulling the moisture. I'll update as I go.
UPDATE 8/24/2023 - The unit is running and has pulled moisture out of the air quite nicely. I did contact the seller through Amazon link to report the problem setting the humidity level. They were very responsive and asked me to send a quick video to show the problem. They arranged to have a new unit delivered with no need to return the old. That's customer service! I'll check back once that unit has arrived.

I knew I needed a new dehumidifier with the way summers go in Connecticut these days. And I'm glad I got this one! It's been a game changer. With its large tank to hold the newly formed water which I change out every couple days (add a hose to the back and hook it up to a drain to let it run indefinitely) I can come home every day to a nice cool, dry, comfy home. Covers an entire floor of 1400 square floor adequately; put one on every floor and it's like bringing the dessert into your own home! Definitely recommend!

I love the electronic display on top. Three bright green LED circles indicate low humidity...below 60%. The circles turn yellow for normal humidity...60-80%. The circles go red for high humidity...greater than 80%. The display is big, bright, and clear, easy to read from 10 ft away. The unit is quiet and very efficient at removing water from the basement. Easy to turn off during low humidity days. Turns back on to your last setting. Long story short, I would buy it again or recommend it to friends or family.
