I received this by accident trying to order their medium roast. It was non returnable, so I tried it. I think it is smoother with less acid than the medium roast. I use a rounded TBL per 12 oz water in my French press, for 4-5 minutes. Perfect for my taste! I do like mine weaker than most people. Lasts about a month for me. More expensive than what I used to buy, but I really enjoy it!
