I used this machine to clean a huge area of concrete in front and behind my house, a job which usually took all day.....until I purchased this 24" circular scrubber. Its large scrubbing area made short work of all that filthy concrete and now I almost need sunglasses when I'm near the bright white clean concrete! It was very easy to use, arrived when promised, about 4 days, has an adjustable-length handle to accommodate my 6'2" height and is very well-made and a great deal for the price. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this to anyone with large areas to clean.....thank you for making a product that lives up to its hype!

The surface cleaner seems to do well on mild to moderately dirty surfaces, and ok on the heavy build up
spots. I also don't like the obvious vibration at the cleaner deck. I fully expect cracks to appear the more I use it. You'd think for the price the unit would be precision balanced. Perhaps it isn't possible since debris can plug or restrict one of the nozzles and cause an imbalance.

I own a small pressure washing company and use this in all my jobs. It will work well on organic stains like mold / moss. As always it comes down to your chemical for real stains. With that said once you treat your stains this makes it easy to wash large areas at a time like a lawn mower. Go slow. Make sure your pressure washer is big enough. I use a 4400psi 4 gallon a minute machine.
Also if you use on a wood deck.... don't if you stay in one spot it can cut circles into the wood it's too dangerous (liability) for wood surfaces in my opinion.
