This chair feels Cheaply made and Not very sturdy. The massage part of this chair is an adjustable Vibration. The Heat function is very nice.
Overall, I don't expect it to last years like all my other recliners have, and putting the foot rest down with your legs is a bit to hard for me with only one leg.
It is not as comfortable as it looks, and I have it a nice break in period.

I love this chair. The massage is very nice. More than adequate on the low setting. It's comfortable and and so easy to assemble. I bought it because I broke my leg and just needed to keep it up. The footrest doesn't quite come up as high as I would like but still good. I ordered a slightly different chair from another company and it took so long and they still hadn't shipped it so I cancelled the order and went with this company. I ordered on a Friday and had one half of it by Monday and the other half on Thursday. The whole order didn't even take a week. I am very pleased. I wish I had ordered from them from the very beginning.
Comfortable and easy to put together

My only "problem" with my order was that it came with no instructions. It's easy if you know how to put it together. My eyes are not as good as they used to be so it took me a while to figure it out. For the back of the chair, there is a 'spring' clip sort of thing. This spring needs to slide onto the outside of the bottom mounting post on each side and it will 'pop' into place into a square hole on the mounting post once you slide it down far enough. The sides of the chair were easy, just slide them on after you put the back on. On my chair I used electrical tape to tape the plugs together....I did not want them coming lose after I had the chair together. The chair is very comfortable. The foot rest works well. I'm 5' 10" and 200 lbs and it's fine. Maybe the chair for my size could be a bit longer....but it's fine as it is. I think it's a good value. Hopefully it will last for a while.

This chair is awesome and I love the built-in message. There are a few things I wish were different with this chair. I wish it was a little higher right now it is pretty low to the ground. If it was an inch or too higher it would be perfect. The only other thing I wish is that the swivel was not so loose. When reclined the chair will swivel on its on to the right all the time. Making me have to stop reclining just to correct my position which defeats the purpose of a recliner.

I boght this as a Christmas gift for my son. It came in 2 large boxes. He and his girlfriend put it together. It took them a while to put it together. Once they had it set up the heat and message would not work. I contacted the company and they were willing to give me a discount since it did not perform. My son does like the comfort of the chair and the look. But was disappointed about the message and heat. It was not an option to return it.
