We use this beside the bed of disabled family member. We have not had a problem with leaks, maybe because it pretty much stays in the same place. It is easy to clean, only complaint I have which is really more of an enhancement is to change it so that the blue part snaps to rails of a hospital bed.

This thing is great! I was previously a Physical Therapist during my time as a PT, I trained patients on the use of adaptive medical equipment.
