This is the second time - I just received the ice creams and again NO dry ice - now the bag is in but empty - the product is again melted - since this is now twice - I will just not order any frozen thru you until you figure out the problem!!

I love the chocolate mint Arctic Zero. It doesn't taste like diet food. It is creamier than a sorbet but not as rich as regular ice cream. No funny after taste either. I would definitely get this again and am going to gift it to a friend who is gluten free and also watching her weight. I think she will love this. I took one start off for the price. This stuff is so expensive!!!!

HAVING TO BE GLUTEN, DAIRY AND GRAIN FREE THIS IS EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I'VE TRIED MANY FLAVORS BUT LIKE VANILLA BEST AS I CAN DRESS IT UP ANY WAY I LIKE. THE SUGAR CONTENT IS LOW WHICH ALSO HELPS. ITS DELICIOUS BUT IT IS A BIT EXPENSIVE PLUS THE SHIPPING COST. WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE AS LONG AS I CAN AFFORD IT THOUGH BECAUSE TREATS TO FIT MY NEED ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LOCALLY. The salted caramel has great taste and texture on a regular basis during cool months. However, We, my daughter and I, have had mostly melted deliveries lately. This could be the fault of the deliverer, UPS. We cut a little slack due to salt being part of the product.
