The quality of the images is awesome. Direct quote from my grandson. They are sturdy and easy to use. My grandson used them for the first time over the weekend. It was easy for him to use as a beginner, no confusing tricks needed to get a good image. Are comfortable to use as a teen age boy. He is the envy of his friends. Overall impressed with the quality and price point. I recommend reading the manual to learn button placement . These will be used quite frequently I am sure for camping and teen age fun. Would definitely recommend!!
Great binoculars if you work within confines

At a cost of $150 or less I'd recommend these binoculars as a solid purchase. We get a lot of use out of ours, they've held up even after being knocked over a few times, battery life is respectable, and when used properly the image quality is more than adequate. Read the manual! then figure out the combo of settings you need to maximize image quality, work within its limitations (ie don't expect too much out of the zoom and sometimes you'll get clearer image when you use the lower light level). If you keep your expectations realistic (not low, just realistic) - these aren't cutting edge or military grade - you won't be disappointed. This is a fun and potentially useful set of binoculars.

We purchased these binoculars to use in our mountain house in Pennsylvania. They are awesome. Everyone in the family loves to use them. We can easily spot deer walking in the forest when it is pitch black at night. It is also amazing for zooming in to birds and other wildlife during the day and filming them or taking pictures. My kids are really enjoying using them almost every day. They are super easy to set up and use. We keep an extra set of batteries close by.

These work incredibly well. I was amazed when i first tried them. You can see even when it is pitch black out. It does use a lot of batteries and i wish it came with rechargeable batteries but that is the only downside.
