This is super easy to use. It was months before I needed it for my wife's dead battery and I had forgotten about it in the back of my car. I was in the driveway so I started with an AC powered Dewalt charger/starter. After several minutes and failed attempts I remembered it. The car started right up.
Then, as I was refreshing my memory about all of the features I noticed the flashlight and the usb ports wouldn't come on. I contacted the company about it and they asked me for a video showing the problem. They replied, by asking for my address so they could send a replacement, which arrived quickly.
It is super easy to use, beat out my Dewalt, and the company clearly stands behind it with superlative customer service. Highly recommend.

It's a powerful little booster box and has more than enough juice to start up a car. My car battery is shot and needs to be replaced. Prices are up these days and I'll have to wait til my next paycheck. This little box has me going, and on the same charge no less. Well worth the money.
