Missing Allen Wrench

It came in some cheap styrofoam that leaves pieces all over the place when you unpack. Not as big of an issue as the allen wrench which was supposed to be included per the instructions was missing. Luckily I was able to find a match and put it together. Works well and keeps the roll tidy.

If you use anything larger than standard size paper towel rolls, this isn't for you. Anything called even LARGE, let alone DOUBLE or JUMBO, just won't turn. Nicely made, but the product description claims it will handle most rolls. Not true.
Sturdy. Beautifully minimalistic. Suction cups on base keep it positioned. Excellent customer care!
