I purchased this for my 4-year-old son. It was definitely too advanced for him to do on his own, but it was a great family project, and my son loves it! Here's what I love:
-the fact that you can build 10 different cars from this. Many build-your-own car sets are one and done, so we are getting A LOT of mileage out of this.
-the flexibility and durability of the parts. 4 year old boy = tornado of destruction. This is holding up well.
-the instructions are easy to follow.
This is giving us some creative and challenging things to do with our son to get him off the screens, so I am really happy with this purchase!

Great project to do with my 5 year old that has the intellects of a 7 year old. It took us almost an hour to build it. This was with me having him doing 95% of it. The motor didn't work and so we called the company and they issued us a whole new set and told us to keep the old one. That speaks volumes to me. They care about there customers.

Our younger boys needed some help with constructing some of the steps. It was great to watch them work with their dad to complete it.
Our older son was able to do it independently and he had a great time doing it.
The only thing they wanted that this toy didn't have was a stronger motor. They expected it to fly around the room 😃
But if you are looking for a good learning toy that will keep your kids engaged and won't break the bank, I highly recommend this!!!

Got this for my 5 year old son and he loves it! He loved being my assistant by handing me the different parts and using the screw driver when needed. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. I also love that it comes with a carrying case to keep all the parts in. The only thing I was disappointed about was the speed of the motor. It is extremely slow. Maybe I put in bad batteries? I don't know! Anyway, overall my son loves it and has loved making the different things you can make. We make something new everyday, sometimes multiple times a day!
