Key features
- •[USING A BARN DOOR KIT IN 30min]: Usually, when you make or buy a traditional solid wood barn door kit, you need to paint the door to improve the beauty and durability. This virtually increases the cost of time /money. But if you choose our PVC covered one, you can use a finished barn door kit within 1 hour.
- •[WATER-PROOF & SCRATCH-RESISTANT]: Prefinished PVC water-proof door surface is considered for durability, longevity, and ease of cleaning. High-quality PVC materials can also strengthen the protection of the door surface, especially for families with pets.
- •[PERFECT WHITE SURFACE]: When painting white on the traditional solid wood barn door, it will appear uneven in color and lack of beauty. We laminate the solid wood surface with a flat and thin MDF and then cover it with a special white PVC. Finally, a white PVC barn door with a beautiful glossy surface will appear.
- •[NO NEED FOR A CRAFTMAN]: Our complete barn door kit includes Barn Door, Sliding Hardware Kit, Handle, Floor Guide, and Installation Tools, Detailed Instruction. We also provide professional online installation guide, if you encounter any problems when you receive or use the product, please feel free to contact.
- •[DIMENSION]: Width: 36", Height: 84", Thickness: 1 3/8", Solid core thick:1/2". Weight: 86lbs. The bottom of the door has a pre-made groove for the floor guide and pre-drilled holes for hangers and handle.

Satisfied for the Price

We ordered 2 of these doors. One came damaged and one was fine. Return of the damaged door was simple and a replacement is being shipped. The instructions to assemble were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was quick and painless. It took me and my spouse about 30 minutes to fully unpack and assemble the door. I'm very satisfied with the quality for the price we paid for the door. Door quality is similar to barn doors we looked at in Home Depot but for about half the price Home Depot wanted. We've yet to get the door hung. The hardware seems a bit flimsy. I hope it holds up once installed. We shall see"¦
Works well good investment

The door was easy to assemble and when put together it was perfectly square from corner to corner when assembled. The quality is there if I needed another door I would buy it again.
Great value! Easy installation

Solid construction. Has the look of a much more expensive door. I highly recommend

Comes in a very heavy box. Must assemble kit and door is in slats, you're literally building the door! Wasn't super clear in the description, so that was a fine surprise.
It was a little tricky with adding the hardware and to mount it, need to buy an additional board + hardware for your wall. It took me about 2 hours to assemble, but instructions were clear and all pieces included. If you're hiring someone to install for you, read the instructions for size of header board needed and don't forget the screws for drill that contractor will need to mount the header board on first. The header board is important so don't damage your wall and can get the door weight on the studs and not drywall. If going directly into wall, you have to be sure where your studs are when hang rail and relationship to door opening, the header board allows you to have flexibility and safer than damaging your wall as handles most the weight.
It doesn't get a great close (most barn doors don't!) but looks really nice and cost a fraction of other options. My second choice cost 5x this, so overall glad I took a risk on this kit and it looks much more expensive, feels heavy & quality.

This is a complete kit!
The whole kit comes in a long squarish box that I couldn't believe there was somehow a door in there.
As advertised, comes with rail, handle, parts, and door that is in slats that you can easily put together in minutes, as all the holes are predrilled.
The instructions are simple and easy to follow.
You will need at least a power drill and drill bits (for predrilling drywall or studs) and either a good adjustable wrench, vice grip, or socket wrench.
I absolutely recommend the socket wrench to install the bolts much faster and save arm fatigue.
I was able to put all of this together by myself, although if you have a helper, that would be best to help hold the rail while you are attaching it, as you can get tried of holding it after a few minutes.
Make SURE at least one if not two of your supports are drilled into studs!
Also ensure to install drywall anchors if putting it into drywall, I also went to Home Depot and picked up some nice solid T brackets (hard metal, not soft!) to help give the rail some extra support so that it (when the door is on it) wasn't just digging into my drywall and would eventually work its way out to create a fall hazard.
Absolutely ensure to pre-measure, and double check! I installed one rail a bit too high and the sliders wouldn't fit onto it and had to reinstall.
I used the door to save space from swinging doors in my master bathroom and a private entrance to this bedroom. They look great and open and close smoothly.
