I've used it twice now and the second time came out better because I'm getting the hang of it. I still do run a hot iron over my hair afterwards due to some frizz, but it's definitely a lot less than if I just used a regular blowdryer. Would recommend and repurchase, but I gave it a 4 because the cool button blows out the same hot air that the other buttons do. In case anyone cares, I bought Oribe's blowout cream and used it as directed (sectioned before applying), and after the whole routine, my hair has come out like silk.

I have tried a few hair dryer brushes recently. This one is the best I have tried. It makes my hair, which is short/medium, soft and it gets rid of the frizz. It is lightweight and very easy to use.
